Chris Wilmshurst killed this one day edit of what went down on day one of FISE in Montpellier, France. The level of riding and bike control at that contest right now is seriously insane. I remember when bars to footjam was the craziest thing a few years ago and in this video Jack Clark does a double bar to jam, Pat Casey does a truck to jam pumps the other side of the mini, then does it to ET…and you’ll just have to watch the last clip for yourself.
Christian graces the cover of the 2013 United BMX Catalog with a huge grind to gap over the L. Christian is a grinding machine! Check the read deal over at the United site.
Valvo just sent through an update, he seems to travel more then anyone I know… “This month was so busy, I was a judge at the Old School and Flow Bmx Contest then I went on a big trip to do some Dirt Demos, it was sick! 20 thousand people at the event it was [...]

This is two weeks old but I just came across it today. It’s been branded as the “world’s first natural terrain backflip” so before I hit play, I was expecting to see an MTB dude out and about, trying to find the perfect rock or hill to huck a double flip off of. I thought that premise was pretty rad. After hitting play and seeing a huge man made lip I was a little bummed. I mean, shit. Obviously any double backflip is amazing, this is no fault of the rider so don’t think I’m talking down on him or his accomplishment at all. Props to him for getting up after that fall and pulling it. It’s just a little disrespectful to dudes like Stephen Murray, Cory Nastazio, Hucker, or any other BMX rider who has pulled double flips on dirt years ago, to make it sound like this is unprecedented. Hucker pulled one mid-set at the 2007 Red Bull Elevation event. That one seemed just as natural in terms of terrain, the jumps were built on a mountain (albeit with a landing). Maybe I’m just splitting hairs but I don’t like seeing other types of bikes getting recognition for things that BMX bikes did first. What do you think?
So Tuesday May 22nd will be the first BMX night that we will helping host with the lumberyard. It will be from 7PM to 10PM & cost $14.95. I looked at the weather and its supposed to be raining that day. Please note that nothing is yet set in stone for BMX …
I love these two dudes. A couple of old school Scottish jerks killing an indoor park together. Dario lost weight and is riding better than ever, which is awesome to see. This is for a new company called DSAB.
I can’t even lie, this is dope. Sal Masekela may get shit in BMX once in a while but my close personal friend, Pat Parnell told me he’s a great guy and I am into this song. Check it out after the jump.
The third installment of the Red Bull Ride and Seek series features the team continuing through Texas with everything from trail riding to Drew Bezanson trucking off their bus. And of course Matt Hoffman makes an appearance to take some of the team on their first sky dive experience. Be sure to check out Part [...]
When we released the Race XLT Dub Forks a couple weeks ago we got a lot of people asking if we’d be making a 24″ version for the cruiser crowd. Good news! The 24″ version is now available.
My Mom, much like most mothers, used to always tell me that if I didn’t have anything nice to say, I shouldn’t say anything at all. And I never listened to her. But starting this moment I’m going to heed her advice, so here is the sole nice thing I have to say about this: [...]
New Kink ad featuring Tony Hamlin letting his whip fly plus a 180 over a kinked rail. Check it after the jump.
Here’s the trailer for 90east’s second DVD which is available now. You can watch their first DVD in full here.
Not a fan of helmet cam edits. But perhaps you don’t feel the same way. In that case you’d probably want to get a glimpse of the “Empire Of Dirt” course via Drew Bezanson’s helmet during one of his recent practice runs.
This is a heavy one. Real happy to have this guy apart of the crew. And if you haven’t yet…keep scrolling down for our U.K. edit featuring Phil and the rest of the English squad.
Lino just posted this promo for the freshly released 90East full-length video “Sound Of The City”. Available in DVD or digital download; cop that joint HERE.
Continuing with the Guy Stuff uploads, Subrosa and Defgrip teamed up to premiere Greg D’Amico’s section a few days ago. The embed code is now open, so enjoy. I’m proud of Greg on this one, the ender especially. We stumbled across that setup and Greg didn’t hesitate to send it a few times until he pulled it clean.

With the abundance of online edits produced everyday its awesome to see something out of the ordinary. It’s not the first time we’ve seen BMX filmed with a remote controlled aerial device, but its definitely a really good example of its potential. I could see this being used in conjunction with more traditional filming techniques [...]
This is a banger! Philly D has slowly become one of my favorite riders over the last year and he linked up with Will Evans to put out his best edit to date. Uprail hard 180 kickflip? Pegs to over pedal crook 180? Backwards rail to manual 180? So many c…
A few days ago on twitter I saw that smith hard 180 master and fellow Mutiny teammate Grant Castelluzo was working on a new Brandon Hoerres edit. I didn’t expect to see it so soon, so I was stoked to see this pop up on Facebook today. Brandon comes through with a bunch of dope [...]
We got multiple angles of this monster clip by Justin Simpson in our New Mexico Travel Log. With a ledge blocking a clear view of the rail, it’s a blind run-up until that perfect last minute swoop into it. Justin handled it like a champ and even let out a casual mid-gap pause before unleashing [...]
Peta sent in a quick update of what she has been up to… “I’ve just finished booking everything to go to Germany in July for the BMX Worlds. Super excited because I’ve wanted to go for so long but never had the funds. Also over the last 3 weeks, I’ve been going out filming with a [...]
Much like their first trailer, the Deluxe dudes have release another one clip prelude to their next video which is apparently nearing completion.
Animal’s Israeli connect and Simone/AK tour guide, Sar Levi, gets in a solid minute of footage on home turf in Tel Aviv before getting worked on a big three. I’ve been really into Richard Forne’s edits the last couple of years too, so this is definitely a good watch.
Head over to The Union to check out all the details on Dirt Ron’s bike.
In case you guys missed it, check out his Bone Deth edit below!
Nothing says “I have an underwear sponsor” like doing a bunch of circus tricks to a Skrillex remix with no riding audio and a bunch of ramped slow mo. So with that being said, Mike Fede is now doin it for Freegun. Last clip was pretty cool though.
Here’s a quick edit of Sar Levi from Tel Aviv, Israel, who is hooked up through Night Rider shop. A nice bonus in there is a dope clip of the man Itamar Bavli, aka Jesus.
Issue 7 of The Albion will be landing in the US, as a free magazine, available at preferred shops and distro’s alike. FBM has a a road trip article in the new issue, and we will also have copies available.

Last week Mike Aitken’s part from this classic Fit video popped up. This week Fit put Brian Fosters section online. Definitely worth watching.
Cory Wiergowski, Nick Bullen and Dean Watson shred some prime street spots in Arizona while Savage Garden’s “I Want You” plays behind them. If you are in your mid twenties, you probably remember this song from your youth, whether you liked it or not.
Sar Levi is a Tel Aviv local who gets Animal flow out in Israel. He helped show around AK and Simone during the filming of their Nike edit, and he definitely had a ton of good spots saved up. Here’s a quick video from some clips Richard Forne caught wi…

We spent the last week in the U.K. dodging the rain and riding as much as we can. This is leftover stuff from the trip that we aren’t saving…for…a full length we are currently working on! Get stoked! More info … Continue reading →
The Shadow Conspiracy‘s own team manager Ryan Chadwick and flow rider Eric Bahlman take to the Glendale park in Arizona for an afternoon session filmed by Bobby Kanode. Chadwick is one of the better riding TM’s in the game and Bahlman is a freecoast wizard, so this edit is no slouch. Good stuff, boys!
Sam Lowe recently got a pair of signature grips from We The People and is using them to kill handrails in this new edit. Sam is a beast and I’m psyched to see he’s getting these. Also, if you need a reminder as to how crazy Sam really is, watch his Primo section from a few years ago.
Check it out below and scope the Kink hoodie putting in some time on the big screen…
Check out this new Ad of Corey trucking a double set for Duo. Get those grips and you will also be able to do trucks.

Dan Norvell, Tom Villarreal, and Shawn McIntosh manage to put together a quick edit with Miles Rogoish in just twenty minutes. It’s not just filler either, all the dudes come through with some worth while clips.
There is a report circulating that Dave Mirra died in a car crash recently, but the story is completely false. Apparently it’s been going around for a week or more, but after hearing that people are still reading it and believing it, a post seemed to be in order. More info after the jump.
Hoang Tran sits down with Ride BMX to show you guys how to properly lock in on a crank arm grind.
Nasty, Scotty Cranmer, Ryan Guettler, Gary Young and more face off in a fun race to see who is the fastest at a USA BMX event in Phoenix. With Gary in the mix, you’d think that he would have an easy victory, but that’s not the case. Can you guess who will take the win? See if you are right, after the jump.
So the “big”event is going down in ye olde Londonium this weekend, Robbo has been frequenting some bowls during his stay in the area, heres a blast in the sea of green from a few days back!
The latest in our ongoing how to series; here we have Alex Raban showing you how to get your crooked grind on. He does a bunch of wild stuff at the end including a crook 180 bar up a rail so even if you’re already a crook master, give this a watch and subscribe to [...]

Here’s a new series that Volume are doing; Five Songs. Basically the rider (in this case, LA’s Daniel “Lil D” Martinez) gets some riding in and all the while, tells you about some songs that he’s been listening to. Mike Mastroni put this together so you know the footage looks good. Oh, also, cue boring [...]

Fresh off his 3rd place at X Games Asia Bruno has picked up an invite to this Summer’s Main Event, Congrats to him from all of us at Federal!
This is what going out filming/shooting photos is actually like. You’re lucky to hit 3 spots, the weather attempts to fuck you over all day and if you’re lucky, you get 6 seconds of footage towards your next project. The last rail set up Millsy does in this is so awesome even though he didn’t [...]
Steven took to the streets on his Renegade frame for this latest Animal edit……
Earlier this week Dan Lacey hit up the Seventies Warehouse to build up a new whip for an upcoming trip to the states. He went with the star blue 21″ version of his Federal signature frame and swagged it out with a bunch of parts from the Seventies brands. Must be nice being a distro rider! Check out the full rundown after the jump.
“We wanted to make something focusing on the smaller, jibbery kind of stuff that we jib-roni’s have been up to in the 831. Cruise around, find stuff, mess around having fun on it, right?“- Andy Maguire If you are into videos from AM:PM or 90 East, this might be up your alley. That disaster 180 on stairs is bizarre and awesome.
James Pinko rides with a style that the older crowd is sure to appreciate, but hopefully all demographics can get into it. I haven’t seen this many kickflips in an edit in a long time, and I’m loving it.
Check out this talented crew from Kraków, Poland. The filming is rough around the edges and the video quality is low, but these guys’ riding more than makes up for it. Check out the smith the ice 180 at 1:24, I’ve never seen one look that smooth in my life. Not the rollout maybe, but the transition from smith to ice is amazing. The only thing smoother is the banger clip, which is dead on perfection.
The crankarm grind is currently, arguably, THE HOTTEST GRIND IN THE WORLD. So why not let Hoang Tran teach you how to do them?
Whether it’s custom frames, bars or forks, if you’ve got an idea for a part that isn’t stock, we can make it happen! Just like this 24″ fork with 990 mounts and an extra long steerer tube that was made through our custom section.
ESPN has just released what they are calling the first wave of riders invited to this year’s XGames. Last year they announced more riders and the two alternates in June, so maybe we’ll see some gaps filled then. Notable exclusions include: Simone Barraco in street, Joe Rich in vert, Walter Peringer in Big Air & everyone in dirt. Check out the full list after the jump.
Check out this edit from Macneil, Jeff has some real good clips in here.
WTP posted some pics of Mike’s latest bike; check it out HERE.

Jeremy Pavia has been on a roll with his weekly Through the Lens features and the latest gives you a pretty comprehensive breakdown of a photo he shot with Ryan “Biz” Jordan while filming his Verde SoCal edit. I wish there were articles like this when I started shooting bmx because the insight Jeremy gives you is so detailed and spot-on. Get the link, a few excerpts and a re-up of the edit this photo came from after the jump.

For the past month or so the MacNeil team set up shop in Long Beach and flew out a handful of their guys to ride and film. The first of several edits features Chris Silva, Jaumell Campbell, Taylor Elvy, Jeff Kocsis, and Andrew Lazaruk. While this section is on the chiller side riding-wise, it feels like a dope dvd intro (or an old Lotek mixtape), setting the pace for what’s to follow. Definitely looking forward to seeing more of this trip.
Alot of filming is going down right now all across Australia for up and coming projects, here are few photos courtesy of Stu Munro from up in Brisbane. Also a look at Brocks stitch job on his leg.

Mike Curly is now getting hooked up by Swallows&Daggers Apparel and here is his first team edit. He’s got a smooth style and does some cool backwards spin moves, and those hang five whiplash things will never get old to me.
Popping out of Smith grinds is really popular right now, and if you haven’t figured it out yet, Cory Wiergowski might be able to help you. After you get this skill down, move on to Grant Castelluzzo’s how to Smith hard 180 video that we posted not long ago to take the next logical step with your newfound skill.
