There hasn't been much talk about this one yet, as it's still early in the game, but we will be offering a Limited edition Frame with Wormz, the NYC legend, with artwork form our friends at Animal, on a headtube badge, as well as an Animal Wedge Post, that will be included with the frame! Pretty Stoked! Keep posted for more info on availability, spec and a release date!

In a digital world filled with fads, trends, and short attention spans , sometimes it feels good to witness something true to form. firmly established, and unwavering. The Steadfast, steeped in a philosophy and ethos surrounding trail riding, building, and the individual expression involved with the DIY nature of building your own fun, is exactly that, Steadfast!
The workmanship surrounding FBM built frames, and the riders that support what we do, speak volumes.
FBM is proud of what we do, and thankful for the people involved!

In order to get prepared for the crazy weekend the S2S crew is organizing this saturday in Groton NY, filled with Dirt Jumps, Live bands and goodtimes, we are having an unofficial pre party at East Shore Skate Park, in Ithaca, showing our new Gyspy Caravan 3 DVD, and having a best trick Jam, giving away prize pack like a sonofagun, Including the new components from FBM and Nice!
Best Trick will be simple, pay to ride the session as usual, and be judged by the other riders on who wins, from 7:30 to 9pm, Joel Barnett will be projecting the movie on a huge screen, and then more riding! sound cool?
After that, its on to the Dirt Jumping Jam all day Saturday where the winner of best trick squares off in a beer chugging comp with Kelly Baker mid run, with special guest announcer Kennan Harkin on the mic!

FBM is looking for a new Sales Rep.
We want someone who is stoked on FBM, stoked on BMX and stoked on bikes in general to maintain and expand FBM's relationship with and sales to US dealers. Red Bikes!

Yesterday, I decided to hit up some dirt bumps for some get rads in the afternoon, it was 95 degrees, which is warm, and sweat was pouring down my face. While mid run, I felt something on my eyebrow, figuring it was just sweat, but when I hit the first jump, I soon realized it was a bee, or a wasp, or some woodland creature that stings. I came to that conclusion, because mid air, whatever it was, was trapped between my glasses and my face, and started stinging the shit out of me! I quickly dumped it, and shook my head frantically, swatting at my face like a kook, and it finally buzzed away. Sting Ray Bans! Any rate, regardless of the distractions, and ballups, riding bikes is still super fun, I love it!
If you haven't seen the new Flip Book, for the V3 completes, and FBM goodies, check it out, really good looking stuff in there.
Check out the new Catalog from Stowaway as well, great photos, product and overall design, it awesome...

Wildman wednesday!

When I was in High School, I used to study GO magazine, and whatever else I could get my hands on, the riders in the pages of those magazines in the late 80s and early 90s were like radical viking warriors in my head. Todd Lyons Always stood out with Rad style to me as well, I was at my folks house the other day, and found a pencil drawing I did in like 1990, I think its of Todd Lyons, from an old magazine, that I basically just stared at and copied, with a pencil and paper. I don't know if the drawing is just terrible, or if it was a fisheye photo, or if its really even Todd Lyons, but In my head it is is, pretty funny. Thanks "The Wildman" for being awesome for so many years!
